Children

Children are especially close to Christ's heart, and they are close to ours! Nursery through fifth graders are served by many dedicated volunteers at Falling River. 

Our children's ministry includes:

Nursery for Sunday morning
Sunday School for all children

Bible Study on Sunday evening

Children's Choirs and Mission Groups for all ages
Fantastic Playground open to the community
Special Trips and Events throughout the year

Youth

Falling River's Youth Group is a lively group of teens who love Jesus! Besides our regularly scheduled meetings on Sunday, we often "break out" of the church walls for special events, trips, and mission projects. The Youth Ministry is currently led by a gifted team of volunteers and parents. We don't want to show off with music; we want to give glory to God! Our music director is Tamera Owen. She can be reached by email or by phone at 434-363-8239. Falling River's music ministry has many opportunities for just about anyone:

Missions

For the Falling River Church family, "missions" is not part of our ministry--it is our ministry. In everything we do, we hope to share Christ with others. This may take the form of bold spoken witness or quiet acts of kindness. We may be working on a wheelchair ramp down the street, or contributing to missionaries on the other side of the world. The options are endless.
